Refund & Postponement Policy
1. If the event is postponed - your ticket will be valid for the next available date. All tickets will be valid for the new event date. Should anyone be unable to attend we will issue further communications with regards to a refund process.
2. We reserve the right at any time to cancel or reschedule all or part of any Festival Event, or to alter its programme, due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. If a Festival event is rescheduled or cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible by publishing the details thereof on our website and to email and SMS you on the contact details you provided at the time of purchasing your ticket.
4. Should the organisers postpone the festival due to COVID-19 regulations at the time, your ticket will be valid for the new event date. Should anyone be unable to attend we will issue further communications with regards to a refund process.
5. Should the organisers be forced to postpone the festival due to weather, force majeure, riots, act of terrorism, any other act of God or unforeseen disaster, your ticket will be valid for the new event date.
